We want you to love your new sleep setup, which is why we offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you are not completely satisfied after the initial 30-night break-in period, we will facilitate a return or exchange to ensure you get the rest you deserve.

Return Process

  Contact our sleep experts via email or phone within your 100-night trial period to start the return or exchange process.

  Verification and Approval

  Provide your order number and photos of the mattress to confirm it is in clean, undamaged condition as per our hygiene standards.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed by our partner, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
