Do you offer a sleep trial on your mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort level after a 30-day break-in period, you can exchange it or return it for a full refund.
How does the delivery process work for large mattresses?
We provide White Glove Delivery on all mattress orders. Our team will deliver, set up your new mattress in the room of your choice, and remove all packaging materials at no extra cost.
Can you remove my old mattress when delivering the new one?
Absolutely. For a small environmental fee, our delivery team can haul away and responsibly recycle your old mattress and box spring when they deliver your new order.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All of our mattresses come with a manufacturer's limited warranty ranging from 10 to 25 years, covering defects in materials and workmanship such as sagging or structural shifts.
Do I need a specific type of bed frame or foundation?
Most of our mattresses are compatible with platform beds, slatted frames, and adjustable bases. However, to ensure warranty compliance, please ensure slats are no more than 3 inches apart.
What financing options do you provide?
